How do you entice an audience over 50 to discover more of the shows they love on Sky and Netflix?

You let their peers tell them what they’re missing.

Sky and Netflix just partnered up, with a great subscription deal. The problem: they needed to infiltrate the over 50’s who like to stick to the channels they know and the shows they’ve always watched, from Emmerdale to Corrie to Dr. Who. So we needed to show them that there’s even more of the shows they love waiting for them on Sky and Netflix.

So who better to tell them about it than people just like them. Nans who have a knack for the dramatic and elegant, pseudo-detectives who are retired and still looking for a case to crack and even the odd couple who has more time on their hands after their kids have left to get back to owning the TV remote again.

If we learned anything on the shoot, we learned that doing multiple takes while sipping champagne makes a better actor out of all of us.
